Tom Gaylor
Tom Gaylor manages and directs the TMPA legislative effort and public affairs.
Tom came to TMPA in April 2001 from the Plano Police Department, where he was most recently assigned to Narcotics and attached to a federal task force. Prior to his employment with Plano P.D., Tom worked for the University of Texas at Arlington Police, where he also obtained his B.A. in Criminal Justice.
Tom also holds a M.A. in Organizational Sociology from the University of North Texas. Tom served on the TMPA Board of Directors and as President of the Plano Police Association prior to his move to TMPA.
