Port Neches Police Association wins Civil Service Referendum Convincingly
In a strange twist of local politics, the Port Neches Police Association was forced to pursue state Civil Service because the city refused to negotiate with the officers regarding an evergreen clause in their proposed labor contract. Despite organized opposition the men and women of the Port Neches Police Association, joined by TMPA field representative Leighton Guarnere hit the bricks and drummed up substantial support for their civil service referendum.
Congratulations to the men and women of the Port Neches Police Association
