SAFVIC Program Analyst
Nicole Martinez

Nicole currently works as the Program Analyst on the Sexual Assault Family Violence Investigator’s Course (SAFVIC) and has been working on the program since 2005. The SAFVIC Program is administered by the Training & Research Institute for Professional Law Enforcement (TRIPLE). Nicole is responsible for researching various topics, writing articles, and creating the program’s quarterly eNewsletter, SAFVIC on the Scene. Prior to her work on the SAFVIC Program, Nicole was a legislative assistant at a local lobbyist firm. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in Law Enforcement and minored in Forensic Psychology at Texas State University. While attending Texas State University, she was a member of the American Criminal Justice Association - Lambda Alpha Epsilon, a criminal justice fraternity. Being part of the TMPA/TRIPLE team allows her to share her common interests in improving the professionalism among law enforcement officers through research, education, and training.
