Meredith McKinney
Meredith holds a Master of Science in Applied Sociology from the University of Texas - Dallas and serves as Managing Editor for a top-tier academic criminology / public policy journal, Crime & Delinquency. Meredith is Chairwoman of the Texas Lone Star Media Forum, a board member on the Texas Juvenile Justice Round Table, and an active member of the Texas Medical Clearance Work Group. She joined TMPA after serving the State of Texas during the 81st Legislative session as Assistant Clerk on the House Committee on County Affairs. Prior to her work at the Capitol, she served as Research Operations Manager for the Institute of Urban Policy Research at the University of Texas Dallas. Meredith also holds a B.A. in Criminology with a minor in Psychology.
