Mr. Chris Heaton,

I am writing to inform you of the superb and stellar performance of an attorney that has represented me through TMPA. Attorney Jane Bishkin has preformed above and beyond any expectations that I had.

In February 2006, I was placed on paid administrative leave, which resulted in an indefinite suspension in June 2006 from the Waxahachie Police Department. During this trying time that I had to wait for my arbitration hearing, Jane Bishkin kept in contact with me regarding any aspect that had come up with my case.

I went to my arbitration hearing in October 2006, where Jane Bishkin further impressed me. Jane Bishkin not only used her knowledge and experience to determine what the city attorneys were going to ask and in what order the witnesses would testify, she dominated the arbitration. At the end of the arbitration, I had no doubt it went in my
favor.

The next week I talked with Jane Bishkin and we determined, instead of waiting for the arbitrator to rule in the incident that I would make an offer to the City of Waxahachie. The city came back with a counter offer, which I accepted for full reinstatement to the police department.

I would like to inform you that Jane Bishkin did not only uphold her reputation but the reputation of TMPA. God forbid I would ever need another attorney to represent me but I would not hesitate to request Jane Bishkin.

Furthermore, on the day of my arbitration, I spoke to Waxahachie Police Chief Charles Shaffer, who also praised Jane Bishkin for the fantastic job she did representing me. That should be a great indicator in itself of the respect she is given from the opposite side of the case. I believe TMPA should feel honored to have a representing attorney in the caliber of Jane Bishkin.

Sincerely,
Officer James Davis
