On Friday Jan 09, 2009, after normal business hours, I spoke with Noel Johnson about a complaint that had been filed against me. Noel gave me some pointers on how to go about writing a response to the complaint. I submitted the response to Noel, who forward it to Randy Doubrava for review. Randy got back with me first thing Monday morning with his comments; and although the department failed to properly notify me in writing about the IAD complaint, I submitted the response as ordered.

I would like to express my gratitude to Noel and Randy for their help, advice and quick response with this matter. This week I received a letter of exoneration, and I believe it was due in part to the help I received from the TMPA team.
