Kevin,

I wanted to take a quick moment and comment on Attorney Paul G. Aman  and TMPA. As you know, I have been with TMPA for many years now and until recently have not needed the use of our legal services. This morning, on 12/11/2008 at about 0110 hours, I was forced to fire my weapon for the first time in 16 years. Once the situation permitted, my first call was to 800-848-2088. I was connected to a gentleman who listened and reassured me that TMPA was there for me.

Minutes later, I was contacted by Paul G. Aman, who promised me that he was on his way to my location in Angleton despite the cold and extremely rare presence of snow. Paul phoned me several times while en route to check on my well being. Once Paul arrived he was extremely professional, polite and understanding to my situation. Only with Paul's superb knowledge and understanding attitude was I able to detail the incident to investigators. Mr. Aman refused to leave my side, drink coffee, or eat until we had provided investigators with an accurate, detailed written account of the incident.

I wish to sincerely thank Mr. Paul Aman and TMPA for the professional and timely assistance provided to me in my time of need.

Sincerely,
Matt Kohls
