I want to express my sincere appreciation to Lance Wyatt during my recent dismissal from the City of Mansfield.

He allowed me to make rational and logical decisions based on the information we both had in front of us. I was able to understand each and every step of the process. He didn’t use “legal speak” when he explained what steps would be taken. Most of all, he brought this whole incident into a reasonable and understandable perspective.

Although neither of us received the outcome we wished for, his help and understanding of the process was not wasted. Lance’s exemplary service to TMPA and the men and women in law enforcement is without reproach.
