My name is Frank Cason and I would like to thank you and all of the TMPA staff for the support that you have provided me in my case. My attorneys were Bob Gorsky and Sandy Fudge. They were very professional and worked very hard on the case. It was resolved amicably on January 30, 2007 with the assistance of Kathy Fragnoli at Burdin Mediations of Dallas, Texas.
My wife and I have been members of TMPA for several years and never dreamed that we would ever need to use the Legal Defense Plan, but it happened. I was demoted for reporting criminal activity. I took the oath of office seriously and refused to turn my head at the injustices that were taking place, stood up and made a report.
It is comforting to know that you “have our back.” If it had not been for TMPA I could not have afforded to hire an attorney. I would have been out in the cold with no recourse. Thanks to all for your assistance and support!
