Mr. Lawrence,
I would like to send you my heartfelt thanks for the services provided by TMPA. TMPA continues to set the standard.
Case in point: A couple of years ago I learned I was being sued for violating an arrestee’s civil rights. Toward the end of my shift I had learned, through word-of-mouth, of a story that had aired on a local news station. The local news station played their edited portion of a copy of my MVS tape, which only fueled the plaintiff’s initial mud-slinging. This edited piece of video that was aired for all of North Texas to see, as well as a one-sided article in the local newspaper, was humiliating and hurtful.
While trying to regain my composure and get past the initial shock, I received a page with your name and number. Through the monitoring and networking by TMPA’s staff members and law firms, your office was notified of this incident and you made no hesitation in contacting my department to locate me. I had not even had time to clear my head and consider legal representation, and TMPA had already stepped-up to the plate and was ready to bat.
You referred me to Bob Gorsky of LYON, GORSKY, HARING & GILBERT, L.L.P., who reassured me that I was going to be alright. Mr. Gorsky took the time to explain his role in ensuring my best interest was his main objective. I have nothing but good things to say about the services provided by TMPA and the representation Bob Gorsky provided.
Thank you again,
Mike Carmichael
