The TMPA mission statement is clear: The professionalism of Texas law enforcement through education and representation. TMPA supports the effort of every member who wishes to further their academic education and to that end, we will support viable and accredited programs that help officers further their education. iStudySmart.com is also in the process of  negotiating discounts for all our partners. We are pleased to announce that TMPA members will receive discounts on all programs through www.Kaplan.com. In the coming weeks the Kaplan logo will appear on the iStudySmart.com website indicating the links are live and able to calculate the discounts. Register with iStudySmart.com and go through the Kaplan link to get your discount. Kaplan University allows 25% of your degree to be completed through the CLEP examinations.  This includes Kaplan University's tuition, Kaplan test prep and Kaplan Continuing Education Certificate Programs.
