Dick Brock
Dick Brock comes to TMPA after 26 years in law enforcement. Dick attended Angelo State University , majoring in government with a criminal justice option. He began his career as a dispatcher with the San Angelo Police Department. From there, he went to work for the Angelo State University PD as a Campus Police Officer. He later moved back to the San Angelo Police Department where he served in the Patrol, Identification, and Detective divisions. Dick retired from the San Angelo Police Department in 2003 and was appointed and later elected Constable of Precinct #2 in Tom Green County .
During his tenure as a peace officer, Dick served on the Board of Directors of the San Angelo Police Officers Association and was elected President twice. Dick also served on the TMPA Board of Directors for 9 years and served as President from 1996-1997.
