CRASH Instructor
David McGarah
David comes to TMPA with over 20 years of law enforcement experience, and will be serving as a CRASH Instructor. He has served at the Austin Police Department and the Williamson County Sheriff's Office. Most recently, he was Lieutenant over the training unit at Williamson County. David has vast experience as a law enforcement trainer and holds a B.S. in Education from Texas State University. He looks forward to supporting the TMPA mission to promote professionalism in law enforcement through comprehensive training.
