Curt Wilson
Curt Wilson brings over 30 years law enforcement experience to TMPA, including 23 years as a Los Angeles Police Officer where he held such assignments as patrol officer, narcotic and vice investigator, PT/SD Instructor, SWAT officer, International Affairs investigator, CRASH supervisor, and watch commander. He has served as Chief of Police in both the cities of Runaway Bay and Bridgeport, TX. He has also spent the last 4 years working at Weatherford College, teaching both Criminal Justce and the Weatherford College Police Academy. Curt has a strong background in training systems. He has delivered training at the international, federal, state and local levels since 1980. He is an instructor in self-defense, firearms, tactics, supervision, Internal Affairs investigations, and terrorism. Curt also teaches SAFVIC and CIT currently. He holds a Master Police Officer certification, TCLEOSE instructor license, and is an FBI range-master. Curt completed his studies at Mid Western State University in 2004 and is expected to complete his graduate work this fallat Tarleton State University in Criminal Justice.
