Rockwall County Sheriff’s Deputy Keven Rowan is a hero after rescuing two women from their sinking car early Saturday morning. TMPA would like to commend Deputy Rowan for his heroic action that saved the lives of two young Garland residents. Please click here to watch the rescue which was caught on camera.
