Lead Law Enforcement Liaison
Bryan Bell
Bryan became Lead Law Enforcement Liaison, overseeing Police Traffic Service and LEADRS programs in September 2009. Bryan joined TMPA as support on the DWI Online Reporting System "LEADRS" in October of 2006. He comes to TMPA from the Brownwood Police Department where he served six years as a patrol officer. Bryan held the position of Field Training Officer where he assisted in revision of the FTO program for the Brownwood PD. He was acknowledged for his duties and was awarded Officer of the Year in 2006. Bryan has been a certified police officer since 2001 and still holds his commission as a Reserve for the Brownwood Police Department. Bryan holds an Advanced Peace Officer certification from TCLEOSE and a bachelor degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Computer Informations Systems from Howard Payne University.
