The rates above are effective June 26, 2009. Rates are subject to change as provided for in the POLDF plan document.

 

*All TMPA members with legal assistance are participants in Plan I(a)(1) with no co-pay or frequent use option available.  Rates for TMPA Legal members are $28 per month ($14 basic membership + $14 for Legal). 

**Rates for Reserve officers (which includes part-time and any form of non-paid) are $14 for basic dues and $4.00 per month for POLDF coverage. 

***Retired officers who were not members of TMPA for 2 years prior to retirement must also pay the $14.00 per month in basic dues.
