To ALL the people at TMPA,

First of all let me tell you that the job you guy's do is far beyond any amount of gratitude I could ever repay to you.
Secondly, I am sad to say that this is my second time I have had to write in and say Thank You!!! At this time I must also extend a huge amount of thanks to the TMPA attorney office of Lyon, Gorsky, Baskett, Haring & Gilbert,L.L.P. and most directly Mr. John Haring who was my attorney assigned to me from their office earlier this year when I was fired from my agency. To make a long story short, I was fired because my patrol vehicle was damaged by hail while I was on duty. When I met with John he said he didn't understand the reason for my firing, and I responded with neither do I.

Well, after John made contact with the powers that be, I was granted a hearing with the mayor, chief of police and the City's attorney. After which it only took 24 hours and I was re-instated, but was told to consider it a two week suspension without pay. Regardless, I had my job back. It is unreal to most people outside of this type of work, and very hard for them to understand the type and frequency of such incidents in which we as police officers must defend ourselves from such silly types of events. I am very proud of my membership in TMPA and if anyone ever needs to be explained to as why they need it, all you have to do is let them read these letters and I am sure that they will then understand.

I can never repay the service that the TMPA has giving me for my little $23.00 a month.  So, once again THANK YOU ALL!!!!!
