I have had the pleasure of meeting you and Tom Gaylor at a training course conducted in Schulenberg Tx which coincided with the tragic events of 9-11-01. I am proud to be a member of TMPA and enjoy the feeling of security I get by merely being a member. I looked into the other associations prior to choosing TMPA and your organization is by far the best out there.

I have felt the need to contact a TMPA attorney once since becoming a member and Greg Cagle called me within a few minutes. He was able to assuage my fears for that particular incident immediately.  We work in a very dangerous and litigious society and without the protection provided by TMPA I am not sure whether or not I would be willing to conduct the daily
business of being a Peace Officer in the great state of Texas.

Again, thank you for your leadership and I sincerely hope TMPA will continue to aggressively combat those who would seek to defame it's reputation with such underhanded tactics.    Please continue to fight the GOOD fight!
