Dear Mr. Heaton:

The Texas Municipal Courts Education Center has completed its seventeenth year of providing continuing judicial education to municipal judges, court support personnel and city prosecutors.  In this time, the Center has presented over 35,000 certificates of completion to these individuals.  This service would not have been possible without our exceptional faculty who not only provide excellent information to those attending the classes but also give their time and talents to this worthy cause.

We are especially mindful of the contribution of Mr. Mitch Landry who represents your agency with integrity and professionalism.  Please accept our appreciation of the support each of you gives to him in aiding us to provide the best possible faculty and program to all municipal judges and court personnel.  We feel confident that your agency also benefits from the efforts Mr. Landry makes in the preparation and presentation of the course topics.
