I was glad to just receive your contact information from Kelly McGillis. I wanted to be able to thank the TMPA for its support and care. I don’t know how often you have been updated, but I have been coming out of a very turbulent time. I have been hospitalized twice, and had more tests, MRIs, and bloodwork done than I care to think about.

Through all of this the police family has helped me more than I can even explain. Without the intervention of my department and the TMPA I would have been in a world of hurt. My department held baked sales and several fund raisers, without which I don’t think I could have made rent.

I have never experienced the level of generosity I have experienced over the last three months. I have been blessed by my entire police family.
