TMPA Attorneys
TMPA does not employee its own attorneys for legal defense. Rather, TMPA engages private practice attorneys ideally suited to each member’s legal needs.
The benefits of using private practice attorneys are substantial and include:
- The ability to match member complaints with counsel experienced in that particular issue or region;
- Access to counsel with more experience; and,
- The assurance that TMPA attorneys work for you and that, if you’re on the opposite side of a complaint from a fellow member, you will be represented by your own counsel.
Members are also able to use an attorney of their own choosing as long as the attorney is willing to contract at TMPA rates.
