February 27, 2006

Dear Mr Heaton,                                                                                            On January 30, 2006 I was terminated from my position as a police officer after being involved in a possible shots fired incident in our city. The tactics I used were questioned along with some other issues before the call. Among other things I was accused of making a questionable arrest, poor tactics, and violation of agency policy. None of this was true.

I immediately contacted TMPA and was put in touch with attorney John Cullar in Waco.  Mr Cullar reviewed the entire case and represented me in my appeal to the city council on the evening of February 23, 2006.

I was reinstated back to active duty with back pay and benefits returned after Mr Cullar's excellent representation.  He demonstrated thorough knowledge of the law and the ability to defend me in the highest professional manner Ive ever seen.

I want you to know that without Mr Cullar's expertise and professionalism, this would have been a much more difficult situation. It was a great comfort to have Mr Cullar on my side and my wife and I are very grateful. I will never be without TMPA coverage in this line of work. Its certainly worth the twenty three dollars a month that I pay each for my self and my wife who is also in law enforcement.

Thanks again for the TMPA Organization and excellent attorneys like John Cullar.  They are what give law enforcement personnel a fighting chance to survive the politics and bogus accusations in the business.

Sincerely,

Jack M Comeaux
