I would like to thank TMPA and my attorney Paul Aman and his assistant David Donahue. I was involved in an off-duty shooting,at a pawn shop in April where one of the suspects was deceased and another wounded. Aman and Donahue went above and beyond the call of duty. I was kept out of the eye of the media, and went to Grand Jury feeling confident.

I was no-billed at the end of August and since have been able to share my incident with an academy class and an active shooter class. I make sure to express the importance of an association such as the TMPA and the great benefit it serves.

I joined December of 2004 and April 2005 is when my shooting occured. Just four months after joining.

I will always praise TMPA and continue to recomend TMPA to all I encounter.
